About Me

My name is Stephanie Berrios

I've been a gymgoer since August 2018, a Certified Personal Trainer since August 2020, and a Holistic Lifestyle Specialist since August 2023. I have always been active and enjoyed leadership in the fitness realm as I was captain for both softball and volleyball varsity teams in high school. But, I always felt insecure in the way I looked, performed, and how I felt overall. I've always struggled with anxiety due to a stuttering disorder I've always had since a child, which just made things worse. After a few months in the gym, I felt my anxiety slowly drift away and confidence take its place. I felt strong, confident, capable, beautiful and so much more. Ever since then, I've always wanted to help other women feel the beneficial impact fitness has had on me mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I think the virtual program is a great idea. I am able to utilize training even when on vacation and stay focused.

 

I literally have never enjoyed personal training because I always felt most trainers don’t build you up to where you need to be and I get discouraged. However, Steph has been amazing. She is able to fix form virtually which is amazing and she also can see when you can push your limits to make sure you are getting a great workout in.
I have definitely grown with the program. I feel more confident going to the gym and the results I have seen are amazing.

Before working with Steph I faced many struggles in and outside of the gym such as never having the right discipline to keep going to the gym, feeling like my form was never correct and I didn’t really know what exercises I should be doing to achieve the physique I wanted, and my confidence was super low and I never really felt my best and that resulted in a lot of insecurities within myself.

After working with Steph I can honestly say she’s changed my life for the better. Not only has she helped me so much in the gym with the exercises I should do and how my form should look. She also helped me outside of the gym with the check in calls I feel like we’re able to talk about my biggest struggles and how slowly I can work on bettering that. She’s helped me a lot in bettering my eating habits and helping me understand my struggles.

Stephanie is an excellent trainer. She has really motivated me to conquer my fears of working out at the gym and made me feel like I belong at the gym. Me being very overweight and a beginner with working out, she understands that if an exercise is too difficult to do, she will modify the movement until I am able to do the harder version of that exercise. 

 

In the beginning, I was afraid and wasn’t able to do burpees and box jumps. Now I am able to do burpees, jump rope for longer than 10 minutes and do a box jump on a 18 inch box. I’m more conscious about what I eat. She gives great suggestions about my nutrition with the meal portions and my sleeping patterns. She gives great insight ton what time of the day I should be eating. It has changed my life for the better.

I think the training program is what it needs to be. I feel challenged but I don’t feel overwhelmed or pressured.

I think Stephanie is super cool and I just love that I can relate on a feminine level. She makes me feel very comfortable

I have absolutely grown through this program. My physical has been shifting in a positive way and I’ve seen positive results. Additionally, I feel more disciplined in my eating habits and daily life

Her energy will transform onto you. She is proof that you can sculpt your body the way you want, she is proof that you can take charge of what you want and create your OWN narrative of yourself. She is so encouraging and inspiring, there’s never a time

 

I felt discouraged or uncomfortable whenever she trains me. My confidence has boosted working with her, starting to go to the gym on my own and not being afraid to pick up a weight without her being there. She will push you to your best abilities because she believes in you.

Before training with Stephanie, I loved the idea of working out and I had paid for many workout programs throughout the years, but nothing really stuck with me long term. My eating habits were not the best, eating one meal a day or just stuffing my face with fast food. I felt like my self- esteem and confidence was extremely low as I was gaining weight fast and nothing would fit leading me to wear oversized clothes.

 

My experience with Stephanie has been life-changing. I came into this training just wanting to look better physically, but I got a lot more. I feel happy, confident and my self-esteem has grown tremendously. Stephanie pushed me each session and made me realize this is a journey and now I’m so happy I’m in this journey. I have a better relationship with working out and eating healthier. Everything that I learned from her has stuck with me and now I plan to keep pushing myself.Thank you, Stephanie!
